Important Information
- PaymentCash, Venmo, or Credit Card Payments are accepted. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card purchases. We accept checks from businesses, schools, and churches.
- Setup SurfacesWe can set up on most surfaces except rock or sticker patch surfaces of any kind.
- Final ConfirmationYou will receive an automated text message 1-2 days before your event for final confirmation. If we do not receive a response, your order will be canceled.
- Weather PolicyIf rain is forecasted, we will communicate with you to discuss plans. Tennessee weather can change frequently, so final decisions regarding cancellations due to weather will be made on the morning of your reservation. If you choose to cancel due to weather forecasts, please contact our reservation team via text or phone call at (931) 801-4342.
- Rental DurationOur rentals are for one day, but you may book for multiple days. Setup is generally done between 6:30 AM and 12:00 noon. Our delivery team will call you at the contact number provided with your reservation when they are on the way. Note that the call may come from an unfamiliar number.
- Refund PolicyWe do not offer refunds after delivery has been made.
- Public ParksIf your event is at a public park, approval is required from the Park and Recreation Department of your city/county. Some parks do not allow inflatables. Additionally, most parks do not have a power source. Verify with the Parks and Recreation Department for your location. If no power source is available, we can supply a generator for an additional cost of $65.00.
